The observance of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, is often considered our country’s birthday. Many of us may remember the bicentennial celebration in 1976!
The WTHS is providing a list of 250th Anniversary sources to discover observances or events in our area. We are not endorsing them. We’re merely providing a list below for the community’s convenience and consideration.

Morris County 250th Anniversary of the Revolution
Morris County has created a website with many activities related to the 250’th anniversary and the Revolutionary War. They range from free family events to pricey gala events.
